I DREAM A DREAM!

Give thanks to the Lord for he is good.

Psalm 136:1

I Dreamed a Dream sung by Britain’s Susan Boyle will take your breath away. Her voice is anointed!

God has provided her with an outstanding voice. Yesterday, I took a few moments during my work day to catch-up on the world’s news and there was a story regarding this 47 year old woman, who apparently decided to entered an audition of Britain’s version of American Idle entitled: Britain’s Got Talent. And did she ever surprise and wow the audience. Needless to say it was apparent that the judges were stunned. From the looks on their faces they didn't expect that presentation!

Yes, their jaws were dragging the ground, but their hearts soared. I only learned very little of her background and discerned from the judge's questions she answered, that her mother who is now deceased encouraged her to sing and pursue her dreams. The audition and début was a result of Susan paying tribute to her mother.

Susan’s voice is that of an angel, but more importantly the song she choose I Dreamed a Dream resonated in my spirit and from the millions of Youtube site visits, others were deeply curious and emotionally touched. Her presence on stage was a testament that God is active and does fulfill His promises. Susan’s confidence and voice aren’t what the audience anticipated! She doesn't have the appearance of a stereotypical size 3 "super star" or "diva". And we do know often apperance means so much in this world! But isn’t that just like God? He displays, show-up and shows off whom ever He desires. Susan appears to be your everyday person and that's what I find so appealing, it reminds me that we can't predict who a person is , nor what they're made of! Thank you Lord!

Before long we too realize that i doesn't matter what lense the world is viewing us in because when the divine opportunity is presented for us, it's our time, our season for the realization of dreams fulfilled!

Friends, I believe that the Holy Ghost is imploring us not only to celebrate the coming success for Susan, but to see yourselves, standing confidently, assured that the Lord has greater good, a "knock your socks off " experience where you too can expect the unexpected!

Joyfully shine, shine and let the light of the Lords radiate in and through you! Yeah, sing your song and remember it’s never, never, ever too late to for your spot light moment. Dream your dreams people, build your furniture, set sail on your voyages, scale your mountains, erect your bell towers, teach the children, adopt the villages , feed your minds, and be on a hot pursuit for your passions. Susan I am singing with you!

I like what you said: "...the Lord has greater good, a "knock your socks off " experience where you can expect the unexpected!"

I see that also as a message in this experience of Ms. Susan Boyle.
